Yes. We designed the interface to be "glanceable." You don’t need to be a tech expert or a doctor. Just open the app, and your daily scores tell you exactly how you’re doing in 30 seconds.
Do I need to check the app every hour?
Not at all. Your ring stores your data for up to 7 days. You can just check it once a day (like every morning) to see your sleep and recovery patterns.
Is my health data private?
